A two-hour self-care session at G7 House combining coffee, guided conversation and neuroart, led by Riri Nasution, a cognitive behavioural therapist.
The format moves between three things: structured deep-talk discussion, creative self-expression through neuroart, and lunch. Attendees also receive a counselling session after the event, which is unusual for a workshop at this price point and is a meaningful part of what is on offer rather than an add-on.
Neuroart is a drawing practice used as a reflective and stress-reduction exercise rather than an art class — no drawing ability is assumed or required. The session suits anyone wanting a structured break from work rather than an unstructured one.
Pricing: Rp450,000 general admission, or Rp400,000 for members of the Bee Well community. Lunch, art materials and the post-event counselling are all included.
Note: the session runs in Indonesian. Places are limited, and this is a small-group format rather than a large public event.
Tickets are sold by the organiser. Prices and availability change without notice.
