Rise & Bloom 2026: Midlife Renewal Starts Here

Rise & Bloom describes itself as Indonesia's first women's health and wellbeing festival dedicated to perimenopause and menopause. It takes place on Sunday 18 October 2026 from 08:00 to 17:15 at Hallf Patiunus in Kebayoran Baru, hosted with We Pause We Rise and Magnolia Collective Wellness Indonesia.

The programme opens with a kettlebell workout and a sound-healing session (limited places), followed by an introduction to strength training with Esther Jusuf. Talks cover hormones, nutrition, mindfulness and identity, and intimacy, with a talk show with Halofit by Halodoc, a "Runway After 40" fashion show, a panel discussion, a brand exhibition and interactive installations.

Tickets are on sale on Loket from IDR 200,000 to IDR 450,000. Lunch is provided for full-day ticket holders.
