Indonesia Comic Con 2026

Indonesia Comic Con reaches its tenth edition in 2026, and remains the country's biggest western pop-culture convention. The two-day event fills JIExpo Kemayoran with dedicated zones for comics, toys and collectibles, film and television, music, gaming and cosplay.

Since launching in 2015 the convention has grown into the anchor of Indonesia's pop-culture calendar, regularly bringing international guests alongside a large domestic artist alley and merchandise floor. The cosplay community turns out in force — the organisers run separate cosplayer entry tiers with a dedicated lounge, changing room and storage, which is a fair indication of the scale.

Tickets are sold as one-day passes for either Saturday or Sunday, or as a two-day pass, each in general, cosplayer and VIP tiers. VIP adds fast-track entry and lounge access. At the time of writing the ticket tiers are listed as coming soon, so watch the official site for the on-sale date.

Doors run 10am to 8pm on both days.

Note on the venue: the convention's official site and its Google Maps pin both give JIExpo Kemayoran, while its Instagram bio and several listings sites still say NICE at PIK 2. The site and map pin are the more reliable pair, but confirm before travelling — the two venues are an hour apart.
