1 Day of Self-Upgrade Vol. 2: Path to Self is a one-day workshop from Room 4 Improvement and Fore Club, focused on getting to know yourself, looking after your mental health and understanding your emotions.

Four speakers lead sessions built around three themes: Kenali Diri (know yourself), Pahami Luka (understand your wounds) and Kelola Emosi (manage your emotions). The sessions are in Indonesian.

It runs on Saturday 21 November 2026 from 09:00 to 16:00 in Sudirman Hall on the second floor of Sequis Tower, SCBD. Tickets on Loket range from Rp550,000 to Rp630,000.
