Indonesia Outing & Incentive Travel Expo (IOITE) 2026

The Indonesia Outing & Incentive Travel Expo (IOITE) bills itself as the country's first dedicated platform for the corporate engagement and incentive-travel industry. The 2026 edition runs from Thursday 8 to Sunday 11 October at NICE PIK 2, Hall 7, with more than 100 brands offering outing, incentive travel and team-building services.

The first two days focus on business and planning, with an Inspiration Talk Series, Corporate Insights sessions, an HR Forum and a Business Matching Lounge. The weekend shifts towards experiences and community activities, with trial zones where visitors can try programmes first-hand. It is aimed at HR leaders, event planners, associations, universities and communities, but is also open to the general public.

Tickets: a one-day entry ticket costs Rp60,000 and also covers the co-located Franchise & License Expo Indonesia and Cafe & Brasserie Expo Indonesia. Doors are open 10am–8pm each day. What's New Indonesia lists the expo in Hall 8; the organiser's site says Hall 7, which is used here.

Getting there: NICE is in PIK 2, usually well over an hour's drive from central Jakarta. The expo is organised by PT Panorama Media.
