Candlelight: The Best of Joe Hisaishi – Jakarta

Fever's Candlelight series brings an evening of Joe Hisaishi's film music to GPIB Immanuel, the 19th-century church opposite Gambir station, on Friday 30 October 2026 at 21:00. The concert lasts about 60 minutes.

The Amerta String Quartet plays a 13-piece programme of music from Studio Ghibli films, including Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, My Neighbor Totoro, Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle and The Wind Rises. It is a tribute concert and is not affiliated with the composer or rights holders.

Tickets are sold through Fever in three seating zones, with no booking fee: Zone C IDR 250,000, Zone B IDR 380,000 and Zone A IDR 540,000. Seats within each zone are allocated first come, first served. The minimum age is 8, and under-16s must be with an adult. Doors open 30 minutes before the start and latecomers are not admitted.

GPIB Immanuel is on Jl. Medan Merdeka Timur, a short walk from Gambir station and the Gambir TransJakarta stops. The venue is wheelchair accessible.
