Hybrid Race Simulation at ISFEX 2026

The Hybrid Race Simulation runs from 5 to 8 November 2026 in Halls 6 and 7 at ICE BSD City, as part of ISFEX 2026. It is hosted by NOVA Training by The Gym Pod, an official HYROX training club.

The format mirrors a hybrid fitness race: eight stations, each preceded by a 390m run (three laps of an indoor track), for roughly 3.1km of running in total. Stations are SkiErg (1,000m), sled push, sled pull, burpee box jump-overs, rowing (1,000m), farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls, with separate weights for women and men. Categories are singles, doubles and team relay (men, women and mixed). Prizes worth over IDR 50 million go to the fastest times in selected categories.

Tickets are on Loket, from IDR 1,200,000 depending on category.

Race waves run daily between 09:30 and 20:30; each entrant's start time is sent by WhatsApp before race day. No race experience is needed. ICE BSD is an hour or more by road from central Jakarta.
