Study in Japan Fair 2026 – Jakarta

The Study in Japan Fair comes to the Kartika Expo Center at Balai Kartini on Sunday 22 November 2026, from 10:30 to 17:00. It is organised by the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) with support from the Embassy of Japan.

Japanese universities, professional training colleges and Japanese-language schools take booths for one-to-one conversations with visitors. A programme of seminars covers studying in Japan, scholarships and current students' experiences. The fair is aimed at high-school and university students, parents and school counsellors.

Entry is free and no reservation is needed, according to JASSO's event page. A Surabaya edition runs the day before.

Balai Kartini is on Jl. Jend. Gatot Subroto in Kuningan; Semanggi and Kuningan Barat TransJakarta stops are nearby, and the LRT Jabodebek's Pancoran and Kuningan stations are within a short ride.
