Comic Frontier 23 (Comifuro)

Comic Frontier, universally known as Comifuro, returns for its 23rd edition on Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November 2026 at ICE BSD City. It is Indonesia's largest marketplace for independent comics, illustration, zines and doujinshi, and one of the country's biggest cosplay gatherings. The first edition in 2012 had 35 creator booths; the last one had more than 1,500.

Unlike the big commercial pop-culture conventions, Comifuro is built around the creators themselves, so the draw is browsing booths and buying directly from artists.

Tickets: sales for CF23 had not opened at the time of listing. At the previous edition tickets were sold online only (IDR 75,000 plus tax), with no door sales, and the QR code was exchanged for a wristband on the day. Opening hours had not been published, so the times shown are indicative.

Getting there: at the last edition the organisers ran a free shuttle from Cisauk station, on the KRL Rangkasbitung line, to the halls. Check the official channels for this year's arrangements.
